A transparent, rigorous, and supportive pathway to accreditation.
Institutions submit an eligibility application with basic institutional profile, governance structure, and evidence of legal status. IAA reviews eligibility and provides feedback within 30 days.
The institution prepares a comprehensive Self-Evaluation Report (SER) covering all IAA standards including academic quality, student services, resources, and governance. IAA assigns a liaison officer to guide the process.
An international panel of 4-6 experts visits the institution to verify the self-evaluation, interview stakeholders, inspect facilities, and observe teaching. The visit is collaborative, not adversarial.
The review panel prepares a detailed report with findings, commendations, and recommendations. The institution has 30 days to respond to factual accuracy before the report is finalized.
The IAA Accreditation Council reviews the panel report and institutional response, then makes a decision: Full Accreditation (7 years), Conditional Accreditation (with conditions), or Deferral for further review.
